MEDICINE PREPARATION PROGRAM
A one year Medicine Preparation Program is available that offers progression to 3 partner universities in the UK and Ireland: UCLan (in the UK), Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland & Saint George's University. Students must be in very good standing at high school or have a high school leaving certificate and a minimum of a 6.0 on the IELTS for each section to apply for the Foundation Program.
Students must obtain a passing mark of at least 70% and obtain an IELTS score of 7.0 upon completion of the Foundation Program. The most successful students will then be invited for an interview for the Bachelor of Medicine or the Bachelor of Surgery.
Students will stay at the OnCampus halls of residence. Classes are small with individual attention to make sure students meet their required goals.
More information can be found on the OnCampus website: https://www.oncampus.global/uk/campuses/university-of-central-lancashire/welcome.htm
University Preparation programs are designed for international students who do not meet the requirements for direct entry to the universities. More foundation programs are offered at other universities in a variety of fields of study, both in the UK and in the Netherlands.
